Who We Are
RPM Lakeshore is part of a Wisconsin-based Real Property Management ownership group with sister offices in Greater Milwaukee Suburbs and Greater Madison Metro. The group’s three Wisconsin offices share leadership and operational systems while running independently in their own markets — Greater Milwaukee for the southeast suburbs, Greater Madison Metro for Dane County, and Lakeshore for the Fox Valley, Lake Winnebago, and Lakeshore corridor.
The Northeast Wisconsin rental market doesn’t behave like Milwaukee or Madison. The renter base is shaped by manufacturing, healthcare, and paper-industry employment. Housing stock varies sharply between the dense urban grid of Oshkosh, the suburban growth of the Fox Cities, the lakefront markets of Sheboygan and Manitowoc, and the older neighborhoods of Green Bay. Local Leadership
Rob Goral — Chief Executive Officer
Rob is a co-founder of the Wisconsin RPM ownership group and brings nearly two decades of real estate, investment, and financial-strategy experience to the business. Before launching the Wisconsin RPM offices, Rob spent his early career as a Senior Tax Accountant at Wipfli LLP, specializing in real estate and construction — a background that informs how RPM Lakeshore looks at property performance, cash flow, and long-term return on investment for its owner clients.
Rob holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. He also co-founded Horizon Alternative Investments, where he serves as Managing Partner. Outside the business, he’s a competitive hockey player and an active parent.
Myles Tourtillott — Principal & Chief Operating Officer
Myles is the named principal of RPM Lakeshore (Wisconsin Broker License #59701-90) and serves as Chief Operating Officer across the Wisconsin RPM ownership group’s three franchises. He has been in Wisconsin property management since 2006, when he moved to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin and took his first job in the industry — handing out promotional materials at Badger football games for a local property management company.
From that entry-level start, Myles moved through leasing, marketing, and management roles at four Wisconsin property management firms before joining RPM. Over his career he has overseen portfolios of more than 2,300 rental units and led teams of more than 50 property management and maintenance staff, across student housing, senior apartments, Class A developments, and low-income housing. That range of experience shapes how RPM Lakeshore approaches the variety of rental product types across Northeast Wisconsin.
Myles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Herzing University–Madison. Outside the office, he’s an outdoorsman — hunting, fishing, and extreme backpacking.

Property management is our only business. We do not operate a real estate brokerage or list homes for sale. That focus means our incentives stay aligned with your occupancy and returns — not with collecting a commission on the eventual sale of your property.
Our services cover the full lifecycle of rental property ownership: marketing and listing presentation, tenant screening, leasing and renewals, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, owner financial reporting, and the legal and compliance work required when a tenancy ends.
